andrea founded her own painting company, Traore's painting, in 2018 while working full-time. she was knee deep into new construction, residential, and commercial projects.

andrea works hand-in-hand with impruv painting & contracting as a field superintendent, and leading her painting crews on projects, while also giving us her unique views & insights on the painting & construction industry.

family has always been a big part of andrea's journey—she has had a family member by her side since day one! I started with my cousins, who have since launched their own painting companies as well. When andrea is not working, you can find her on the soccer field or cheering for her favorite teams.
